Young hedgehog, Tuppence, now receiving TLC from the Hedgehog Lady
First thing this morning a local resident found a young hedgehog, about 5-6 weeks old, less than the size of her hand, stranded on her doorstep on Market Street. But no time was wasted and now Tuppence, 180 grams in weight, is receiving TLC from the our local hedgehog nurse, the HedgehogLady in Carterton. We look forward to welcoming Tuppence back home to Charlbury very soon. Thank you to the HedgehogLady for looking after our hedgehogs so well.
Please keep an eye out for other hedgehogs, particularly young ones as it is hoglet time, and during this drought leave water out for them and other creatures.
