Covid and flu vaccination clinics in the medical centre
CMC will hold a combined covid and flu vaccination clinic in the medical centre on Tuesday 6 October. If you are eligible for both vaccinations and have not already booked an appointment please either telephone the surgery after 11am to book an appointment or use the link in your text message or NHS App invitation.
Please remember to bring your completed consent form with you, available to download and print off from the CMC website or collect in advance from the surgery.
If you are unable to attend, please let the surgery know.
Flu vaccination clinic
The flu vaccination clinic will be held on Tuesday 13 October in the medical centre. This will be for the flu vaccination only. There is no need to complete a consent form for this vaccination. If you are eligible and have not already booked your appointment please either telephone the surgery after 11am to book an appointment or use the link in your text message or NHS App invitation. Please note that once again this year, the flu vaccination is available to carers in receipt of carer's allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person or a close contact of a person whose immunity is compromised.
Remember to come dressed so that your upper arm is easily exposed for vaccination.
