Planning application submitted for Evenlode Close
A planning application has been submitted for the demolition of the existing building at Evenlode Close and the construction of a replacement building comprising 15 self-contained apartments for older people, together with associated parking, cycle storage and landscaping.

The application will also be considered by Charlbury Town Council's Planning Committee on Monday 24 August, before West Oxfordshire District Council makes its decision.
