Covid Vaccination Clinics at Charlbury Medical Centre
The series of clinics for all eligible patients starts tomorrow, 29 April and continues on 30 April, 6 May and 8 May. All vaccination clinics will be held in the medical centre. Please remember to bring your completed consent form with you and be ready to roll up your sleeve for vaccination. Please arrive at your appointed time. This helps to manage the limited car parking spaces available in the CMC carpark. Please leave the carpark after vaccination to make room for the next person.
If you are eligible for vaccination but haven't been contacted by the medical centre, please ring them to make an appointment. If you have been vaccinated elsewhere but still have a booked appointment with CMC, please ring them to cancel your appointment.
The medical centre carpark is for the use of medical centre staff and patients visiting the practice. Please do not park there for any other reason.
