Get your 20 is Plenty bin stickers
To mark the implementation of Oxfordshire’s 275th 20mph scheme, Oxfordshire residents can apply for free wheelie bin stickers to remind motorists to stick to the lower limit.
After launching its 20mph programme in 2022, Oxfordshire County Council has been working with parish and town councils around the county to bring in lower limits in places where parish and town councils request them.
To celebrate the latest milestone, and support these schemes, the council has joined forces with the national 20’s Plenty for Us campaign group to give out free wheelie bin stickers to Oxfordshire residents who want to support their local 20mph scheme.
To apply for stickers, people can visit the 20’s Plenty webpage https://www.20splenty.org/oxon_wbs .
Each household can apply for up to 10 stickers to get the message across that 20mph is plenty in residential areas.
