Rail Replacement Bus Service
Great Western Railway has asked CLPG to advise local people about the suspension of the rail service between Moreton-in-Marsh and Worcester Shrub Hill during the period Monday 18 August to Sunday 24 August inclusive.
To allow Network Rail engineers to work safely and efficiently, the railway will be temporarily closed, with buses replacing trains during this time. Passengers should allow additional time when travelling to any destination beyond Moreton-in-Marsh.
Trains will still run between London Paddington and Moreton-in-Marsh as well as between Worcester Shrub Hill and Great Malvern/Hereford.
CrossCountry trains will stop at the lower level at Worcestershire Parkway as usual..
All changes have been uploaded into online journey planners. GWR is also making customers aware by making announcements at stations and on trains, with station posters and through both traditional and social media. For more information please visit gwr.com/upgrade.
