Seeding and other works on Nine Acres
On Thursday 27th April, the three main football areas are going to be fertilised and seeded to allow the ground to recover. Whilst we can rope off the main pitch, we would respectfully ask all residents and children to refrain from playing or riding their bikes in all these areas until Friday 26th May to allow the grass and works to bear fruit!! There are other areas at Nine Acres that can be used.
The works are being carried out as part of an ongoing programme to ensure we have the very best playing facilities for future years but we do appreciate that it can be frustrating for the small periods when access is restricted
