Charlbury Museum opens Easter weekend

Charlbury Museum opens for the season this weekend: Easter Sunday & Monday 2.30 -4.30pm.

The new showcase exhibition entitled Hidden Treasures - Hidden Histories features a diverse collection of historic artefacts from Bronze Age arrowheads, ancient coins to more quirky relics from other centuries. Lost treasures discovered by local detectorists Neil and Rob in fields near Charlbury, and other items found in gardens and old houses. Be inspired by the hidden history of Charlbury.

The museum welcomes visitors each weekend until the end of September 2023. Saturdays 10.30 -12.30, Sundays & Bank Holidays 2.30 - 4.30. Adults £1, children free.
