Please make sure repeat prescriptions are ordered in good time to avoid running out over the Christmas period.
Charlbury Medical Centre will be closed on Monday, December 26; Tuesday, December 27 and Monday, 2 January. Pharmacies may also be closed, or offer reduced opening hours.
The quickest, most efficient way to order a repeat prescription is by using the NHS App, or Patient Access. Please register and use these methods if you can.
