Iolanthe – Shoestring Opera on Saturday 18th June at 3.30. “Once a fairy / light and airy / married with a mortal…”. From this intriguing seed, sown by W.S.Gilbert in one of his humorous Bab Ballads, grew the plot of the operetta Iolanthe, Gilbert’s seventh collaboration with composer Arthur Sullivan

Good, Occasionally Rhyming on Saturday 18th June at 8.00. Join Kathy Clugston, Rob Stepney and others for a celebration of the Shipping Forecast in poems, prose and music.
