URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY AT CHARLBURY MEDICAL CENTRE

The medical centre is under extreme pressure. Medical staff are off sick due to contracting Covid 19.

Please do not visit the medical centre to make an appointment, instead call between 8am and 10am to make an appointment only if you need help urgently, or for a sick child.   Face to face appointments will be limited to where it is clinically necessary in which case you may be asked to take a lateral flow test before coming to the surgery.

For non-urgent advice visit or call the pharmacy, or call 111.

If you have symptoms of what could be Covid 19, do not visit the medical centre. You must self-isolate straight away and get a free PCR test to take at home, or at a walk-in or drive-through test site. More information: https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test

SICK NOTES. To free up GP Practice time to give COVID 19 boosters,  patients can now self certify for up to 28 days rather than 7 days until the 27th January.
