New information note on Appointments for Charlbury Medical Centre patients
A new information note on the Charlbury Medical Centre Appointments system and how to use it has been produced by the Charlbury Patient Participation Group (CPPG) in consultation with the Practice.
The note aims to help patients get the best out of the various arrangements for booking an appointment with a GP or Practice Nurse and covers same day appointments, phone and online bookings, as well as other issues.
You can view and download the note on the Charlbury Medical Centre website www.thecharlburymedicalcentre.nhs.uk - click on the Have Your Say tab on the Home page and then go to PPG General Information or click on Patient Participation Group (PPG) on the bulleted list at the bottom of the Home page.
Printed copies of the note will also be available, if required.
The appointments system was among the top issues raised at the Open Morning organised for patients by the PPG in June and it has been apparent that some patients have not been aware of the opportunities available. The Group has therefore worked with the Practice to provide more comprehensive information.
