Criminal damage in Charlbury

Thames Valley Police reports:

"Unfortunately some residents in Charlbury have been the victims of mindless criminal damage.

"Between the 7th and 10th of September on Market Street a Porsche convertible had its soft top roof slashed with a sharp implement. Not a very warm welcome for the resident who moved in a couple of weeks ago. The damage on Market Street has been going on for too long and thousands of pounds worth of damage has been caused to different vehicles over the last few years. If anyone has any information please contact police and quote crime report number 43150257615.

"Between the 10th and 11th of September on Ditchley Road/entrance to Chartwell Drive newly planted saplings were uprooted and discarded nearby. This is still classed as criminal damage and is being investigated by Chipping Norton Neighbourhood Team. Any further information contact police and quote crime report number 43150257893

"Between the 11th and 12th of September two vehicles on The Slade have had pink graffiti sprayed across them. If you have any further information please contact police and quote crime number 43150258984.

"Any information please contact police on 101. (Wes Smith, PCSO c9837, Chipping Norton)"
