CHARLBURY MUSEUM

Charlbury residents still have a chance to see the Charlbury in 1914 exhibition in the Museum, telling the story of the effects of World War I. It remains open every Friday (August only) and Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 noon, and on Sunday afternoons from 2.30 - 4.30 pm. On Street Fair Day 20th September the Museum will be open all day from 10 am to 5 pm. We close for the winter after 28th September, reopening on Easter Saturday 2015. Admission only £1, children free.
Come and meet the six Shaylers, five Dixes, four Pratleys and Timmses and all who served from 1914. We were delighted to welcome over 70 visitors on 3rd August, to add to the many who have seen the exhibition since April 2014.
