According to the organisers of the Cathedrals Express trips, the steam special from Salisbury to Worcester will be running through Charlbury next Thursday (28th June). The train is scheduled to be through at 12.01 on the journey to Worcester, and 17.55 on the return, and will be hauled by the new A1 engine, Tornado.

On 7th July, the Railway Touring Company's Cotswold Venturer trip will also run through Charlbury, but only in the morning as it heads towards Worcester. The company does not yet have a timing for this. The scheduled engine is Oliver Cromwell.
