Charlbury Library

Charlbury Library is accessible whenever the Community Centre is open.  The Community Centre opening hours are as follows:

Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays 9am-5pm / Wednesdays & Thursdays 9am-7pm / Saturdays & Sundays 9am-4pm

During these times, customers can browse, borrow, return and collect reserved items. 

Charlbury Library Staffed Hours:

Mondays 10am-12.30pm / Wednesdays 2pm-7pm / Fridays 2pm-5pm / Saturdays 10am-12.30pm

During staffed hours, customers can browse, borrow, return and collect reserved items and also use the public computer, printing facilities and the photocopier.  

Applying to join Oxfordshire Libraries online:

Go to and click ‘Join the Library’ and fill in your details.

We will email your account access details back to you within 1-2 working days
