BodyFit Pilates (Sarah Khoja)

I teach group mat pilates and 1.1 mat and reformer pilates for all ages and abilities. Classes range from gentle pilates for those who may have health conditions or want to take it a little easier, to more dynamic sessions, working the body more intensively.

I have additional qualifications in designing Pilates Programmes for Bone Health (such as Osteoporosis and Osteopenia) and I've also attended courses on "Pilates for Older People" and "Lower Back Pain". I have recently gained my "Back for Good" certification.
