The Charlbury Beer and Wine Circle

The group has been meeting regularly since being established in June 1978. Previously the name was The Charlbury Beer and Wine Making Circle but with no members now producing their own favourite tipple, the word ‘making’ has been dropped. Our focus today is chiefly on wine, with only occasional tastings of beer.

We meet monthly in the Memorial Hall, usually on the third Monday, with a varied programme including professional and member-led tastings, to which new members and guests are welcome. Our programme also includes a garden party, walks and a BBQ. 

Annual membership costs just £10, as do tastings. The fee for guest attendance at tastings is £15.
