Welcome to the community page for St Teresa's Catholic Church Charlbury

Our parish covers some forty square miles of West Oxfordshire and our congregation come from many villages to worship in our beautiful church. The church community in Charlbury is small and friendly and will be very pleased to welcome you.

Our address is Fisher's Lane, Charlbury, Oxfordshire OX7 3RR although the entrance to the church is on Sheep Street.

Easter and Holy Week Masses:

Palm Sunday: 9.15am
Holy Thursday:  7pm Mass of the Lord's Supper
Good Friday: 3pm Passion of the Lord (FULLY BOOKED)
                       7pm Stations of the Cross  (no booking required)
Holy Saturday: 7pm Easter Vigil Mass
Easter Sunday:  9.15am  Easter Sunday Mass (FULLY BOOKED)
All welcome, but numbers are limited  - please book by emailing CharlburyMass@gmail.com stating which Masses you wish to attend and how many are in your household / bubble group.

Current Mass Times:

Due to the small size of our beautiful church, we can only accommodate a reduced congregation. Please book for Sunday Masses by emailing CharlburyMass@gmail.com

Weekday masses do not need to be booked.

Sunday Mass: 9.15am

Please book for Sunday Mass during the week before the  Mass by emailing CharlburyMass@gmail.com

Weekday Mass times (continuing during the current lockdown (Jan 2021)):

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 9.30am

Wednesday 7pm followed by Exposition / Benediction

During Lent, Friday Mass is followed by Stations of the Cross

We hold several social and fundraising events each year and have two representatives on the Churches Together in Charlbury Committee. We fundraise for the charity Aid to the Church in Need.
