Charlbury Refugee Action Group (CRAG)
We are a group of local people in and around Charlbury who organise events to raise funds for the benefit of refugees, mainly those in France and Greece, as well as those living in and around Oxford.
We also raise awareness about the difficulties faced by asylum seekers and refugees in this country and abroad, and we regularly organise collections of clothes, bedding, hygiene supplies and other desperately needed items.
Concerts
The CRAG concert, held during the winter months on Sundays at 3 p.m. in the Charlbury Memorial Hall, have become a local institution. The artists who perform in this series donate their time and talent, so that all proceeds go to helping refugees. Information and tickets for the concerts are on our website.
