Councillor surgeries are held once every 2 months on Saturday mornings between 10am and noon in the Corner House. No appointment necessary. The next surgery will be held on Saturday 7th October

Planning Meeting - Monday 25th September - 7:30pm - Corner House (Ann Downer Room)
The main business of the meeting will be to consider recently submitted planning applications relating to Charlbury. Before this, Claire King, GWR Station Manager - North Cotswolds will be in attendance to give members an update on operational matters relating to Charlbury station and the rail service. NOTE: Claire is not expected to discuss plans for a car park extension - we are expecting an update on this later in the year.
