Sourdough bread baked in a wood fired oven with a slow fermentation process using natural yeast, organic flour, salt and water only (unlike the 37 ingredients in a shop bought loaf).
£3.60 for a 600g basic loaf or 500g speciality loaf. Currently baking tuesday and friday but will increase - available through ordering in advance by phone or social media. Also stocked in Chadlington's Quality Stores or Chipping Norton's Delicacy.
Breads available each bake include country loaf (pan de campagne) made from cotswold crunch, wholemeal, spelt or french white. Also baguettes.
Each bake Deep also makes a speciality loaf such as seeded rye, Borodinsky (a Russian malted rye), drunken fig, beetroot bread or walnut bread.
