An effective total body conditioning mix of cardiovascular exercise with body toning and stretching for muscle endurance and flexibility. Burn fat and sculpt your waistline with basic dance-inspired movements to popular music (including latin dance, hip hop, ballet, boxing, pilates and more) because exercise should be fun! Purpose: to maintain/improve your overall health and fitness; to counteract age-related decline by strengthening your heart and lungs, your core and large muscle groups for improved performance of daily activities; and for weight management. Other possible improvements include: balance, flexibility, motor skills, co-ordination, agility, energy levels, stress management and more. Suitable for 18-60+ years: high and low impact, low to moderate intensity, moves adapted to suit your abilities for a safe and effective workout.
You don't have to be good - just keep moving!
Bring an exercise mat or towel; wrist/ankle weights (optional); bottle of water. PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINS EARLY FOR REGISTRATION, etc.
