There is normally a car at Hixet Wood available via Hiyacar, it is unavailable at the moment (at the garage, the owner said) but it will be available to rent again soon.

The car rental business was actually a financial vehicle - buy cars in volume at huge discounts, keep them for 6 months and flog them for profit. The rental income was only a tiny bit of the business. That model no longer works, manufacturers don't have to sell at huge discounts. Now the car rental business must charge to cover its actual costs...
