Fri 8 Jul 2022, 13:05 I would have thought a wandering autist could be quite vulnerable and you would have been well justified with a 999 call if it takes FORTY MINUTES to get through on 101. Even the number sounds Orwellian unwelfarestateish. Outrageous. Our country is now many time richer with more money in the economy than ever .... and can't even have a decent phoneline. So where does all the money go? |
