I live on Hixet Wood and have two rather large black cats, but they tend to hang out in Lee Place. We get a few rival cats patrolling the wall between us and Lee Place, most recently a black and white one, clearly trying to join the gang 😃

I live with a 90% black cat near Hixet Wood. Can we join? She is small if that's a factor.

I respectfully suggest that cats own you, not the other way around.

We own a fat old black cat on Hixet Wood.  She doesn't wander far - especially since her brother was squashed by an S3.

It must be de rigeur to own a black cat if you live on Hixet Wood.

No problem Carolyn. Bless him he does like to cause a stir on his wanders. 😀

I hesitate to broaden this discussion, but has anyone ever carried out a survey to establish how many cats there are in Charlbury? I see that the local Veterinary Practise has been posting in the News section recently, maybe they can put us in the picture?

We have a little black cat who spends a lot of time in the wood between Lee Place and Fiveways. He has a yellow collar.
