I need to do something about my fitness, which is deteriorating fast! Cycling is non-impactive, which is A Good Thing for moi.
Is there any leading light of anything like a local CTC or similar cycling group? I'm more likely to be gee'd up by some company rather than slogging on my own.
They better like recumbents. Back injury limits how far I can get on a "wedgie".
Err, any other recumbent owners hereabouts?
