Recommendations wanted for folding loft ladder installation

I had one fitted a few years ago.  I bought the ladder from B&Q and a very good local carpenter, cut a larger hole in my landing ceiling fitted a new hatch and the ladder.  It just needed plastering a bit to make good.  Any good carpenter should be able to do this job.

We had a loft ladder put in last year (and a Velux just now, by the same people), and although not quite local, the fitter James is excellent (and very fit, a requirement for loft ladders!). Details below:
