Sounds great- look forward to the results - especially as our house is comparable to those round the corner!

SusCha is delighted to announce that it has received £6,000 in grants from Low Carbon Hub in support of one of its new projects - Greener Homes - Healthier Homes.  The grant is paying for the diagnosis of 8 homes on The Green - how much heat do they lose and how?  What could be done to minimise their energy bills and ensure that homes have healthy indoor air quality and are comfortable in both summer and winter?  Much learning will be taken from this initial study, and more will follow in other areas of Charlbury.  Date for your diary - 13th June - at which Mary Livingstone, Charlbury resident and energy and buildings expert, will report on our findings and suggest ways in which this project can contribute to the preparation of an energy strategy for Charlbury - one that can help deliver serious carbon reductions as part of meeting our climate change commitments.
