Hi Jonathan, I've used this company for translating complex documents for work many times and they are very good, although quite expensive:

They do mention translation of marriage certificates on their website too, so I'm sure they could do yours. I think they are based in Swindon.

Jonathan, best starting point is probably to look for someone who is a member of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (https://www.iti.org.uk) or the Chartered Institute of Linguists (https://www.ciol.org.uk) as these are the main professional bodies for translators. Both websites have searchable directories

If you are happy using Google services have a look at Google-translate which I've used occasionally for translation of non-English web-pages.

It does need plain text that you can either enter or copy into the text box so may not be exactly what you want, but it generally does a pretty good job.

I'm looking to get my wedding certificate (Mexican) translated into English - does anyone have any recommendations of services they may have used before?

The internet is full of them - but hard to know which are reputable!
