Wed 6 Feb 2019, 14:02 This market is all about welcoming the spring - the Fab Cooks will be making a vegan 'zuppa alla Frantoina' a warming thick bean and vegetable Zuppa to encourage the spring to return, similar to Colcannon. This soup is served on a toasted piece of sourdough bread with raw garlic (optional) and lashings of olive oil. There will also be pork cooked in organic cider for the die hards. The music will be Kath and her gang playing Gaelic songs. |
