Fri 28 Dec 2018, 23:01 When walking back home this evening, about 10.45, I saw lights flashing in the first floor room of Lavender Cottage. Appeared random and possibly an electrical fault? The house appears unoccupied and so so don't think they're having a party. Does anyone know the owner to check with them? |
