Mill stream. But it's like a short tube and I think it probably sank straight to the bottom upright and won't float. So thanks for the offer but I'm guessing it won't be seen again.

Is it the river or the Mill Stream?
If the mill stream then there is a chance it will be behind the sluice gate and we can open slowly and get it out

Son-out-law bought us all a new frisbee-type toy for Xmas. We went down the Mill Field. "Don't throw it round here - rivers both sides." Oh but Tom couldn't resist. So he has now concocted all manner of gear to try and fish it out of the river. He's down there now. We don't hold out much hope.....
