Charlbury customers using Milk & More might like to know that there is now an app for ordering, available for android phones via Play Store. Not sure if this is also available for iPhones.

I found this by accident and have yet to test it extensively, but it seems better that their (difficult!) website. However, if you are requested a repayment or need to report other problems, you still need to telephone customer services & wait in a very long queue.
