Thank you once again to the organisers of the makers market last night. It was fabulous!

I'd also really like to thank all my new and repeat customers and all the folks who came and sampled my bacon and had a chat about it. It makes all the hard work worthwhile. Spending several hours a day in a haunted basement is fun, but getting good feedback is even better :)

We sold every pack we brought along and all the chilli sauce too. Thank you Charlbury. More curing and available from the Deli too.
