I have had both private and class yoga lessons with Phil and he is always patient and clear with his teaching. Being able to use a chair for some of the positions has given me additional confidence and I am noticing a steady improvement with my mobility and energy levels.

Phil teaches yoga with patience and good humour. The instructions are clear and the positions attainable. My balance isn't great but already there's a marked improvement.

The current view of yoga is one of young, flexible people tying their bodies in knots making the practice inaccessible to all but the few. Nothing could be further from the reality of the practice!
I'm setting up an Accessible Yoga class in Charlbury Community centre which will be available to all people, regardless of physical mobility. I will offer all in the class postures which can be accessed by standing, at a wall, from a seated position in a chair or even lying down.
Please join me on Thursdays 11.45-12.45 at the community centre. Price (which I also aim to make accessible), is £5 for the hour.
I hope to see you soon!
