Thanks, Joanne. For future reference, if you see people dumping rubbish like this, please call WODC rather than the police, as it is their responsibility to manage fly-tipping

Today at 14:30, a man and woman dumped several bags of trash into the Bin at the junction of Dyers Hill and Church Street. It was a black car, with a license plate starting in KR09. I have reported this to the police, but please keep an eye out. So you can avoid him dumping in your street, instead of his own bin.
