Tue 3 Jul 2018, 11:29 We have had reports that there is a male in a van selling mattresses in Chipping Norton this morning. He is knocking on doors, being very pushy and asking for cash payments. If cash isn't possible he is offering to take you to the bank with your bank card! If you have any information about this please report to 101 quoting URN 506 030718.
