We're having a recent bout of the filth, probably positively encouraged by the building site opposite, which still looks unkempt and is still unfinished on the road side. It invites people to loiter! We know who they are, but they don't care.

Did anyone else here a piece on the radio about a community that developed an app which allowed people to mark on a map the date and time of finding dog shit so that eventually it became clear which people were responsible for this behaviour - and then it all stopped? Does someone want to try and chase it down?

I am appalled at the spectacle of filled poo bags hanging from the hedgerows in Woody lane, Centenary Wood and elsewhere.
The pavements in Charlbury seem to be less polluted than in the past but hanging the filled bags on trees and bushes does not count as clearing up after your dog.
Please go the extra mile and PUT IT IN THE BIN
