STAFF VACANCY
Showroom Assistant
We are looking for a new member of staff to man the showroom on Saturdays and a day during the week. The role: Open up the showroom and light fires
Meet and greet customers
Advising as required on all aspects of our services and products (training will be provided)
Answer the telephone and deal with enquiries or passing them on as appropriate.
Undertaking various administration tasks to support other members of the team including filing and scheduling appointments.
Ensure the showroom and counter areas are well presented and tidy at all times. We are looking for someone who: Is reliable, punctual, well-presented, confident and friendly
Has good communication; written and verbal skills.
Preferably, but not necessarily has some customer service/sales experience but is not essential.
