Tony: sorry, enough on my hands at present.
Gareth: Tony has moved to Bristol and I can forward an email to him if needed. Meanwhile I know at least one other person working on development issues locally in Stonesfield.

Stonesfield were the pioneers, in the 1970s I think. A chap talked Tony Crofts was very involved with this. No idea if he is still around.

The model was piloted during the 2010-15 Government but didn't take off, partly I suspect through want of cspital.

That is just what we are thinking about now
The Town Council is a member of National Community Land Trust Network
We joined last year but have not had the time to really look into it as we were getting the Neighbourhood Plan together . I do think it may be one way of getting the affordable houses we need.
Perhaps you might like to join us to help getting information and I also wonder if anyone else in Charlbury has any experience of them

There's one of these in Stonesfield. Would it work in Charlbury?
