Was this renamed as a " person shed" ? ..... Sorry - off to un block the drains for an elderly neighbor, having to lift the drainage inspection cover ( man hole)

I'm looking to rent a shed or part of shed/garage to do some wood work over the next few months. I have my own bench (but probably looking to get something bigger) and all tools, so would require access to at least one socket [for sander, jigsaw, etc.]
