House and Carriage - fantastic service!

After posting on this site for help regarding moving a tall boy upstairs where height, width, turn in the staircase and sloping ceilings were an issue. Leah responded with House and Carriage as a suggestion. I emailed and within half an hour I was contacted by phone to say someone would come and look in approximately 2 hours. Tom arrived and said he would ask two men top come and try but wasn't sure it was possible. Two men came 16.15 and after the third attempt, removal of castors and the door it went up! I cannot tell you how pleased I am, superb service all round.
