Timings haven't been published yet but it looks likely it'll be around lunchtime. There's usually a rolling roadblock 15 minutes ahead of the first rider, with the aim to reopen the road shortly after the team cars have passed, but general advice is to avoid the roads for an hour either side.

Looks like this is coming into Charlbury from the Woodstock Road direction and leaving past the station en route from the Hemel Hempstead start to Cheltenham finish. Does anyone have times of event and likely road closures?

Could be good news as regards potholes. Towns and villages on Tour de France route often benefit from road resurfacing prior to event.
