Tue 17 Jan 2017, 07:35 6.15am going over the bridge and up the hill towards Shipton under Whychwool a man with no lights on his push bike spoke to him he claimed he didn't know they weren't working how stupid. Please just light up the paper boy and girls also need to do this who ever is sending them out needs to check on their lights. |
