So sorry we didnt make it. don;t think we have time to take the secretary role - but definately up for helping in other ways

Thanks to the 16 who came along tonight! Next meeting set for 7th March (TBC) just to touch base in connection with the Quiz Night, then 22nd April 5pm (again tbc) and monthly until August when we'll start to meet more frequently. Whilst the meetings will be open to all, we now have a small steering group. Oh, and we still need a Secretary!

Rachel is correct - we'd welcome new faces! Starting as the committee new Chair I am one new face in some ways. It must be said we have had a few good offers of help which makes me very optimistic about a successful 2017 Street Fair. Looking forward to seeing you Saturday then!

Street Fair Committee is having a meeting on Saturday 14th of Jan at 5pm in cornbury room at bell, we need more people to volunteer otherwise it wont happen
