Charity Fun Run

Hi Everyone, I organise a charity fun run in Hook Norton every year - the Hook Norton Alternative Race for Life. It's this Sunday (2nd October), starting at 3:30 pm at the Sun Inn and following a 3 mile route round the block and back to the pub! Entry is £5 for adults, £3 for children and dogs and all entry fees and sponsorship go to Cancer Research (it's funded by volunteers so no costs). There is food at the pub for all participants and it's very informal and a lot of fun. Lots of people walk so don't worry if you're not Usain Bolt! Unlike the official Race for Life events, men and boys can enter - but we do insist that everyone wears something pink!
