Wed 14 Sep 2016, 06:47 My 11 year old grandson had one last year. Just go to the post office and he/she can be signed on. Please note that they must also have a rod licence from the Environmental Agency. Also available from the PO. To encourage young fishermen/woman both are free or at least very low cost for youngsters. |
