Tue 16 Aug 2016, 14:26 I've just been talking to Georgina from the Oxford Mail who's putting together a story about the 1.9% increase in rail fares. I've tried to help as best I can, but I only travel by train once or twice a week so am less qualified to pronounce on it than a daily commuter!
