I'd like to draw attention to a man who has been witnessed knocking on doors, saying that people's guttering looks in need of repair and that he works for/with Roy Shayler.

The man apparently went by the name of "Tom" although this could likely change from door to door.

Please be well aware that Roy would never go around knocking on doors, and he is a Sole Trader. Any further incidents like this should be reported straight to the Police.
